| This is the set. Here he is playing with Artie Shaw and the Grammarcy 5 around 1954. Joe performed on this fine Musser Set for 13 years in Monty Trainer's Bayshore Restaurant in Coconut Grove Florida. I heard some of the most amazing music through those years. Dad was in his 50's and 60's and was playing great. He had sidemen like Lou Berryman, Mark Trail and Mike Groniger on Bass. |
